Gardener, specialising in tree nursery or ornamental plants (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

As a trained gardener, you will take on responsibility in our container nursery within individual work areas such as propagation, potting, irrigation or plant protection.
You will lead your own teams, enjoy passing on your specialist knowledge and ensure high-quality results. You use your powers of persuasion to motivate your colleagues and achieve your targets with ease thanks to your efficient working methods. You think for yourself and never lose sight of the "big picture".
You like to take on challenges and find pragmatic solutions, even when thinking outside the box. You find complex machines and technology exciting and are always willing to acquire new knowledge and develop yourself further.

Fresh from training? No problem. We will support you in developing your skills and allow you to grow into your tasks step by step.
