About us

We are the largest perennial nursery in Bavaria, based in the World Heritage city of Bamberg. Our young, bright and knowledgeable team cultivates, commissions and sells around 2850 different perennials, grasses, aquatic plants, ferns, herbs and ground cover plants on 10 hectares.

We have been cultivating perennials, grasses, ferns, aquatic plants and ground cover plants since 1990. Our extensive range offers every garden lover the perfect selection. Every plant that leaves our company passes through attentive and careful hands. In this way, we can guarantee the best quality.

We are now looking for new employees to actively support our dedicated team!

The main area of responsibility is the processing and picking of orders, independently or in a group, organisation and guidance of employees, advising customers and sales here on site, all cultivation work and plant protection measures.

Your profile:

-        You have completed training as a gardener or master gardener specialising in perennial horticulture, ornamental plant cultivation, tree nursery or an equivalent qualification
-        You enjoy working with people as much as with plants
-         With organisational talent, entrepreneurial thinking and commitment, you enjoy your job
-        You take responsibility and make independent decisions
-        You have a good knowledge of plants and are willing to deepen your knowledge
-        You keep a cool head even in stressful situations
