With our two garden centres in Ratingen and Mettmann, we offer our customers a wide range of products and professional advice. We want to inspire our customers in the long term, because with us the passion and love for plants becomes a tangible experience.

To support our team in Ratingen or Mettmann, we are looking for a

gardener with or without sales experience (m/f/d)
full or part-time

Your heart beats for plants, garden accessories and plant protection? Do you love advising customers and helping them? Would you like to be part of a team that is always ready to listen and help you with any questions?

Do you have no sales experience but want to learn more? No problem - we'll support you.

This is what you bring with you:

- Completed training as a gardener, ideally specialising in ornamental horticulture, nursery or perennials
Alternatively: Experience in plant sales or horticulture
- Enthusiasm for competent and friendly customer advice and teamwork
- Plant (protection) knowledge, initiative and a green thumb
- Willingness to take on responsibility
- Reliability, flexibility and good communication skills
- Sales experience desirable - if not available, we are happy to support you here
- Willingness to work weekends and seasonal business
