As a GRÜN professional, you have the opportunity to become part of a very good team. For our location in Reutlingen, we are looking for a foreman (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date. The position is full-time and permanent.

Your tasks

- New construction, conversion or renovation of private garden areas as well as commercial or municipal outdoor facilities
- Gardening maintenance work such as lawn care, pruning, tree pruning, maintenance of flower beds, fertilising, watering, ..
- Plant protection (mechanical, biotechnical, biological and chemical)
- Carrying out vegetation work such as planting preparations and carrying out various plantings (new planting, replanting, ...)
- Earthworks and path construction work as well as professionally correct execution of tree, shrub and perennial planting
- Operation of typical (small) machines, vehicles, equipment and tools - from chainsaws to wheel loaders
- Professional leadership, guidance and instruction of smaller teams
- Organisation and coordination of work processes
- Coordination of materials, monitoring compliance with deadlines, quality standards and safety regulations, customer support on site.

Your profile

- Technical school education, master craftsman, technician with completed training at an engineering school/technical college or equivalent knowledge and skills in the field of gardening, landscaping and sports field construction
- Several years of professional experience on construction sites
- Leadership skills and enjoyment of team leadership, Team development and motivation
- Willingness to learn the ropes, responsible and independent work
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and organisational talent
