You can get to know the right apprenticeship in the field of gardening, landscaping and sports facility construction through a career orientation internship and also complete a dual study programme in the field of landscaping and management. The diversity of our programmes allows you to pursue your individual interests and strengths.

We are happy to offer you an internship and attach great importance to giving you a comprehensive first insight into the professional life of a landscape gardener (m/f/d). You will be supervised by our training supervisor and spend time with our trainees. You can look over the shoulders of employees, try out small tasks on the first day and get to know the main activities of the profession, the specialist areas and our corporate culture.

At the end of the internship, you will have gained many interesting insights for yourself, be clear about your interests and skills, know whether the professional field suits you and whether GARTEN-MOSER is an attractive employer for you.

Our proud tradition as a training company dates back to 1950, during which time we have trained more than 450 motivated young people and adults. Whether you are fresh out of school, a university dropout or a career changer - after your apprenticeship, you can continue your education from master craftsman to technician to graduate engineer. With us, everyone will find exactly the career that suits them.

Apprenticeship as a gardener (m/f/d) specialising in gardening, landscaping and sports ground construction

As the largest gardening, landscaping and sports ground construction company in Baden-Württemberg, we will prepare you for a promising career path - with a lot of responsibility and excellent development prospects. With us, you will learn the trade from the ground up, as well as teamwork and the equipment. You can practise and try things out. You will work in the areas of

- gardening and landscaping
- green and landscape maintenance
- green roofs
- sports facility construction and
- irrigation technology.

With our modern machinery and equipment, you will learn how to use large and small machines and apply modern working methods. You will be supported by our training supervisor. You will be accompanied by practical exercises, training courses, trainee projects and educational trips. This will familiarise you with all facets of gardener training. After your training, you will choose a specialism or continue your education. And at some point, you may be in charge of the construction site and have your own team.

HIGH SCHOOL GREEN.

When you graduate from high school, all doors are open to you in your professional life. You can start an apprenticeship or go to university. Why not do both? DUALGRÜN. The perfect mix of theory and practice. With us, you can complete a DUAL STUDY programme in landscaping and management. You will simultaneously take your examination to become a gardener (m/f/d) and complete your studies with a Bachelor of Engineering in Landscaping and Management.

The great thing about the dual study programme is the high level of practical relevance. You generally spend a lot of time in the GREEN. During the practical semesters, you will be with us in the company. Theoretical knowledge will be taught at Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences.

Pay according to collective agreement

The apprenticeship and dual study programme are of course free of charge. During the entire training period, our trainees/students receive a monthly training allowance in accordance with the collective agreement for gardening, landscaping and sports facility construction:

From 1 July 2026:

Training allowances for a 3-year training contract

- 1,140.00 euros gross in the first year of training
- 1,270.00 euros gross in the second year of training
- 1.390.00 euros gross in the third year of training

Training allowances for a 2-year training contract

- 1,140.00 euros gross in the first year of training
- 1,390.00 euros gross in the second year of training.
