Site Manager (m/f/d) Gardening and Landscaping

(also as Junior Site Manager with development prospects)

We are a family-run, regionally strongly positioned gardening and landscaping company with public, commercial and demanding private projects.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a site manager (m/f/d) who combines office and construction site.

Your tasks

- Participation in jour fix appointments and construction meetings
- Guidance and coordination of our employees on the construction sites
- Daily and weekly planning of the construction sites
- Participation in work preparation and scheduling
- Support with measurements, billing and invoicing
- Interface between office, construction management and construction site

Your profile

- Completed training in construction or gardening and landscaping
(e.g. landscape gardener, construction manager, construction manager, construction manager). E.g. landscape gardener, construction technician, master craftsman, foreman, draughtsman, civil engineer or similar.)
- Professional experience in landscaping or construction is essential
- You can lead and guide employees and make decisions
- Strong organisational skills and a structured way of working
- Confident manner towards employees, clients and planners
- Class B driving licence

Not required:
You don't have to be a qualified site manager yet - we will train you and provide you with specific additional training.
