Job description
We are a traditional mechanical engineering company with our own foundry and a clear mission: high-quality agricultural machinery for tillage. Our products stand for durability and maximum efficiency in the field. In order to further expand our market position, we are looking for a strong sales professional who has agricultural technology in their blood and speaks the language of farmers and dealers.
Your mission Market expansion & acquisition:
- Systematic acquisition of new customers as well as intensive support and advice for our existing customer and dealer network.
- Product presentation: Carrying out machine demonstrations directly in the field and representing our company at national and international trade events and trade fairs.
- Sales management: Preparing technical offers, conducting price and contract negotiations through to conclusion and consistent CRM maintenance.
- Interface function: Passing on feedback from the market directly to our development department in order to continuously optimise our tillage equipment.
- Strategy: Active involvement in sales planning and market observation with direct reporting to the management.
Your profile
Background: Technical or agricultural science degree (agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering) or sound training in the agricultural machinery sector with relevant sales experience.
- Expertise: You understand the challenges of modern soil cultivation and can convincingly communicate the technical added value of our machines (cast quality, wear resistance).
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales of capital goods, ideally in the agricultural machinery trade or directly with the manufacturer. - Personality: You act as a driving force with a high willingness to travel, a confident manner and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Languages: Business fluent in German, knowledge of English to support international trading partners is an advantage.
