Job description
10 young people with multiple disabilities live in our residential project in Hamburg-Schenefeld. In our multi-professional team, we support and accompany the residents in organising their personal daily routines. We take a person-centred approach and provide our services on an individual and socio-spatially oriented basis. Together with the residents, we create a place for encounters and contact and organise needs-based group activities.

Our multi-professional team includes resident students and trainees, educators, employees with a pedagogical understanding and nursing staff from a care service.

- Preparation of meal plans
- Knowledge of food intolerances and the preparation of appropriate meals
- Inventory planning and shopping for 2 shared flats for a total of 10 residents and 8 resident carers
- Cleaning of communal areas
- Purchasing and ordering of cleaning materials
- Budget management

Your profile

- You have completed training as a housekeeping manager or housekeeper.
- an open ear for the wishes and concerns of the residents
- patience and openness for very different characters
- good observation skills
- enjoy further education and training.
- teamwork and a good working atmosphere are important to you.
