We, the Good Spirits from Hamm, are a warm team that supports older people and people with support needs in their everyday lives.

We are looking for everyday spirits (m/f/d) with a sense of humour and heart to help us take some of the strain off the everyday lives of our customers and their relatives as soon as possible.

The position will initially be on a part-time basis with the option of going part-time.

Your tasks

- You bring order to chaos (household help, cooking)
- You ensure a good mood (keeping company, laughing, chatting, playing)
- You are there when someone needs support (shopping, visits to the doctor, everyday companionship)

What you bring

- A big heart, Humour and patience
- Reliability and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Team spirit and a positive charisma
- Good knowledge of German (other languages an advantage)
- Mobility to reach the individual customers
- Experience in the field of everyday care is an advantage, but not a must. Career changers are very welcome!
