GpZ Überlingen gGmbH is a vocational and social rehabilitation centre for people with mental disabilities and offers vocational training and participation in working life for around 120 people.

For our Laundry & Housekeeping division, we are looking for

a work educator with experience in textile cleaning or a housekeeper (m/f/d) with gFAB training

Our laundry in Überlingen has been processing laundry for various customers in the region for over 20 years (waescherei-gpz.de).

The job scope is between 70% and 100% (100% = 39 hours/week).

Your tasks:

- You will support people with mental disabilities in maintaining and developing their occupational and social performance
- Provide practical guidance, qualification and further training for employees
- Support and manage learning processes
- Deputise for the business unit manager
- Actively participate (role model function) in the processing of customer orders, coordinate and monitor order processing in cooperation with the clients being supported

Your profile:

- Housekeeper* with additional training (SpZ or gFAB) or work educator* with experience in housekeeping / dry cleaning
- Commitment and empathy with people with performance restrictions
- The ability to provide professional guidance and qualification
- Reliable and solution-oriented work
- Good PC skills / driving licence class B
- Careful, structured and customer-orientated way of working
- The ability to work in a team and actively help shape it
