WHO WE ARE

The company heiler GmbH stands for sports field construction & sports field maintenance at the highest level. As a medium-sized family business with around 120 employees, we use modern technology to build and maintain everything from small sports facilities to complex stadiums. We have already worked or are currently working for many well-known clubs. These include: the DFB, Bayern Munich, VFL Wolfsburg, Mainz 05, SV Darmstadt and Arminia Bielefeld.

YOUR TASKS

-Professional care and maintenance of sports turf areas, e.g. mowing, fertilising, watering, reseeding, scarifying, aerating, sanding, etc.
-Preparation and maintenance of the pitches and ancillary areas for training and match operations
-Pitch supervision on training days for professional and junior teams
-Assembly and dismantling as well as inspection of structural and technical facilities, e.g. goals, ball catching nets, corner flags, etc.
-Operation and management of work machines and equipment as well as their care and maintenance

YOUR PROFILE

-Completed vocational training in gardening and landscaping
-Ideally completed further training as a greenkeeper/specialist agronomist
-Specialist knowledge & professional experience in green and sports field maintenance
-Driving licence class B (BE desirable)
-Self-reliant, structured and proactive way of working
-High level of commitment and flexibility
