To complement our team at the Dortmund location, we are looking for a committed trainer (m/f/d) in the field of home economics, who will be deployed in various measures and also teach health-promoting content.

General conditions:
Start immediately, initially limited until 01.05.2027
Up to 32 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days

Task profile:

- Teaching theoretical and practical specialist knowledge in the field of home economics
- Providing practical guidance and support to participants in educational and rehabilitation measures
- Supporting project work, qualification and learning phases
- Supporting participants, including in the context of company internships and trial phases
- Planning and implementing health promotion programmes, in particular on nutrition, exercise and resilience
- Providing support to participants in the context of company internships and trial phases, Exercise and resilience
- Counselling and motivating participants to engage in health-promoting activities in everyday life
- Establishing and maintaining collaborations with companies, sports clubs, associations and health promotion stakeholders
- Assisting in the acquisition of work experience, internships and jobs
- Monitoring and documenting learning and development progress
- Collaborating with the educational team and with internal and external cooperation partners

Requirements:

- Completed vocational training or further training in the field of home economics, e.g. B.
Housekeeper, master of housekeeping, housekeeping management
or a relevant degree, e.g. Ecotrophology or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the learned professional field
- Experience in working with young people, trainees or participants in educational programmes
- Experience in teaching specialist content as well as in practical instruction
- Instructor aptitude test (AEVO) desirable or willingness to qualify
- Experience or interest in the field of health promotion, Nutrition or prevention
- Empathy, a sense of responsibility and an appreciative attitude
- Organisational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Confident handling of MS Office and digital learning and documentation media
