About us

We are a regional education provider in northern Schleswig-Holstein and support young people on their path to training, qualification and employment. Our aim is to gradually activate and motivate young people and young adults who need special support due to a variety of obstacles and to prepare them for the labour market.

Your tasks

- Planning and implementing practice-oriented work and learning opportunities in workshop and project areas
- Instructing and practically qualifying young people in a wide range of areas. Project areas
- Guidance and practical qualification of young people with diverse and serious placement barriers
- Promotion of labour market-relevant skills, especially work attitude, Reliability and perseverance
- Support in career orientation through practical testing of various occupational fields
- Close cooperation with the socio-pedagogical team for individual support planning
- Observation and documentation of learning and development progress
- Participation in the preparation and support of company trial phases

Your qualifications

- Completed vocational training or studies in the relevant field (e.g. crafts, technology, home economics). E.g. craft, technology, home economics or similar.)
- Ideally trainer aptitude test (AEVO) or comparable qualification
- At least one year of experience in guiding or training trainees or participants
- Experience in working with young people with support needs desirable
- Pedagogical skills and enjoyment of working with the target group
- Ability to work in a team as well as a structured and practice-oriented way of working
- Intercultural competence and appreciative attitude
- Extended certificate of good conduct according to § 30a BZRG (not older than 3 months)
