We are looking for dedicated support for our rehabilitation centre in Bielefeld.

You will work with people who need help getting into or back into work or gaining qualifications. This includes participants with health restrictions, psychological stress or more complex life situations where their professional capacity is not yet clear.

We offer regular working hours from Monday to Friday and a full-time working week of 39 hours or an individual part-time working hour agreement.

Tasks

- Instructing participants in practical activities in the field of home economics and nutrition
- Carrying out practical exercises to test professional skills
- Teaching basic work techniques and hygiene standards
- Observing and assessing resilience, Work behaviour and practical skills
- Participation in the assessment of individual performance and professional potential
- Documentation and cooperation in an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

- Completed vocational training in the field of housekeeping or gastronomy, for example as a cook (m/f/d), hotel specialist (m/f/d), Restaurant specialist (m/f/d) or housekeeper (m/f/d)
- Master craftsman (m/f/d) in the relevant field or alternatively technician (m/f/d) or business administrator (m/f/d) with instructor aptitude test
- Ideally experience as an instructor (m/f/d) in the education sector or in comparable measures
- Relevant professional experience in the respective professional field
- Pedagogical aptitude through at least one year of full-time experience in training and further education
- Confident handling of work tools typical for the profession as well as MS Office
- Structured way of working and ability to work in a team
