Your tasks - what you can look forward to:

Assisting and supporting our employees:

- You will accompany and support our employees with disabilities in their working life, including the implementation of goods purchasing, goods maintenance and the organisation of the sale of our own products.

Promoting skills:

- You provide support in acquiring and developing the practical, emotional and social skills of our employees.

Maintaining contacts:

- You maintain contact with relatives, legal representatives and residential areas to ensure continuous and optimal care.

Guidance and assistance:

- You provide guidance, support and assistance to people with disabilities in the workplace to ensure that each person can develop their own abilities and make a valuable contribution.

Designing efficient work processes:

- You develop and support the design of efficient work processes, taking into account the individual needs and abilities of employees.

Customer advice:

- You advise our customers on technical issues and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Supporting the management:

- You will proactively support the facility management, the workshop management and the management of social services with any necessary structural adjustments or the procurement of new facilities and technical equipment.

Your profile:

- You are curious and interested in assisting people with disabilities in discovering their talents and developing their life path and are empathetic and responsible. Working with and for people with disabilities motivates you and gives you pleasure.
- You have at least three years of training in the field of flowers, ornamental plant cultivation, tree nursery or gardening and landscaping, ideally with experience in sales (garden centre, DIY store).
- You have completed training as a specialist for work and career promotion or are willing to qualify in this field.
- You are characterised by a sense of responsibility and creative problem-solving skills. You enjoy working and the complex handling of small projects.
- You have advanced IT skills and have a driving licence of at least class BE.
We offer you interesting remuneration and framework conditions:

- We offer you attractive remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement and the employment contract guidelines of the currently valid AVR-Ost of the German Caritas Association, currently Annex 33 in the currently valid version including workshop allowance. You will also receive annual bonuses and capital-forming benefits.
- 31 days of annual leave allow you to achieve a good balance between work, relaxation and family. In addition to your annual leave, you have two additional regeneration days to recharge your batteries and promote your personal recovery.
- We offer internal and external training opportunities to help you with your tasks and support you in your further development. We also offer you the opportunity to gain a qualification as a certified specialist for work and career support (gFAB) or an additional special educational qualification (SPZ) while you work.
