For our completely renovated and modernised flat house with 12 high-quality furnished holiday flats in different sizes, we are looking for friendly and regional employees who would like to take on the diverse tasks of guest caretakers (m/f/d) with a lot of joy, initiative and the appropriate knowledge.

The flat house is equipped with a lift, sauna, ski and bicycle room, rooms for festivities, and has garage and outdoor parking spaces. All flats offer a spacious balcony with a wonderful view of nature.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- Reception of guests and handing over keys
- Competent contact person for questions and help with problems during the guests' stay
- Organisation of the guests' departure
- Thorough cleaning of all rooms, incl. change of towels and bed linen. Change of towels and bed linen
- replenishment of consumables and cleaning materials
