ÖkoNet offers work and training opportunities for the long-term unemployed. We promote sustainable social participation through employment, qualification and individual counselling. We are looking for a dedicated mentor (m/f/d) for our participants in the neighbourhood service as part of a new employment offer for the long-term unemployed. You will work full-time (38.5 hours/week) based on the Huchting branch.

Your tasks

- Guidance and work allocation of the initially 15 participants in the programme
- Documentation of the work assignments
- Responsibility for the neighbourhood service premises, equipment and vehicles
- Communication with clients and possible processing of client orders
- Networking with local offices and other relevant partners
- Participation in team meetings and further development of the programme

Your profile

- Completed training (GaLaBau advantageous)
- Preferably already with trainer aptitude test or willingness to acquire this
- Driving licence min. Class B driving licence
- Experience in working with target groups from the labour market is desirable
- Motivated, committed, flexible and competent in finding solutions
- Open, communicative and assertive
