For the opening of the Best Western Hotel Altenburger Land in Altenburg, we are looking for a

HOUSEKEEPING EMPLOYEE (m/f/d)

Full-time.

You can expect a modern, completely redesigned hotel with 144 rooms, banquet capacity for 80 people, a restaurant with approx. 80 seats as well as a winter garden, a spacious sauna and fitness area and a game room.

Your tasks:

- Preparing the rooms: this includes cleaning and decorating the room, bed care, cleaning the bathroom including sanitary facilities and changing and replenishing towels and toiletries
- Cleaning all public areas and staircases/entrances as well as offices
- Documentation: reporting damage, lost & found items or consumption to the housekeeper.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Processing guest requests and complaints
- Own quality control

Your profile:

- Professional experience in building cleaning/room cleaning, ideally in the hotel industry
- Independent and structured way of working
- High quality awareness and an eye for detail
- Ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Good knowledge of German
