Your tasks:

You will be responsible for the professional and personal management of gardening and landscaping.

This includes:

- Organising, planning and managing the landscaping work
- Leading a team of employees with and without disabilities
- Clearly allocating tasks - based on skills and development potential
- Ensuring quality, efficiency and occupational safety
- Developing the area with real scope for creativity

You are present, approachable and engaging and at the same time know how to share responsibility and help people grow.

Your profile:

- Completed training in gardening and landscaping
- (master craftsman, technician or comparable qualification)
- Management experience or a clear desire to consciously
- take on management responsibility
- The ability to perceive people in a differentiated way - clearly, respectfully and
- approachably
- Willingness to make decisions with a sense of proportion
- Willingness for self-reflection and personal development
