Professional Clean & Service GmbH (PCS) offers services in the areas of facility management and housekeeping / cleaning. As a subsidiary of DRK-Betreuungsdienste Westfalen-Lippe gGmbH, we are looking for a Head of Housekeeping / Cleaning (m/f/) for a full-time position at our location in Dülmen with immediate effect. The position is initially temporary. An extension of the employment relationship is being sought.*

These tasks await you

- Creation, implementation and updating of the hygiene plan
- Communication and coordination with the local health authority
- Personnel scheduling and instruction
- Instruction of housekeeping activities
- Monitoring of documentation obligations
- Compliance with occupational safety and health regulations
- Goods disposition: Ordering and accepting deliveries of goods
- Procurement of uniforms and cleaning materials
- Coordination of the wardrobe, Laundry and hygiene product distribution
- Supervision of the cleaning service provider
- Practical and theoretical training of refugees
- Qualification of refugees
- Support in setting up and dismantling the facility

What you bring with you

- Completed vocational training as a housekeeper or comparable
- Professional experience in relevant areas of activity
- Ideally a training licence
- Knowledge of the specific performance requirements in corresponding service professions
- Structured way of working and the ability to work independently to work independently
