Job description
As a municipal and social non-profit service provider, Heidelberger Dienste gGmbH serves a broad spectrum as a company of the City of Heidelberg. The focus is on municipal employment promotion and the municipal labour market service to accompany and support (international) trainees and skilled workers. In this context, we support a wide range of municipal services and operate cultural and creative industry centres as well as training and skilled labour centres and even an event service.

We are looking for a

Management of training and skilled labour centres (m/f/d)

in full-time (40 hours per week) for the training and skilled labour centres division as soon as possible.

What are your main responsibilities?

- Management and coordination of the area with a total of 3 houses and approx. 200 residents
- Development and implementation of new concepts to promote the coexistence of the residents and support all Heidelberg trainees
- Conception of new projects including the acquisition of funding
- Contact with the renting companies/employers
- Facility management for the training/skilled labour houses
- Coordination of building cleaning in other properties of the company

We expect!

- Completed vocational or academic training/studies, preferably with experience in counselling and supporting young people.
- Ideally additional experience in the accommodation sector.
- Personal responsibility, independence
- Reliability, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- A quick grasp
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
