The Krause-Hof is a modern milking robot farm with automated feeding and state-of-the-art machinery for arable farming (JPS etc.).

To strengthen our team, we are looking for

a herd manager (m/f/d)

Requirements profile:

- Completed training in the agricultural sector and practical experience in cattle husbandry
- You work independently, reliably and on your own initiative
- You have an eye and feel for healthy and sick cows
- You have experience in inseminating cattle or would like to learn this
- Experience in the field of hoof care would be desirable

Your tasks:

- Supervision of health and fertility management
- Insemination of cattle
- Documentation and planning of work processes and employee assignments
- Employee planning and management of the team of 3 - 4 people
