Are you looking for a meaningful job and would like to accompany young people on their way to a self-determined life? Then become part of our team at the Kolping Vocational Training Centre in Brakel.
What you can expect from us: As a trainer (m/f/d) in the field of home economics, you will be responsible for the practical and action-orientated qualification of young people with special support needs. You will teach relevant content from the home economics sector and prepare them specifically for the chamber examination. You will support the young people individually, promote their personal and professional development and work closely with agencies, chambers, companies and other institutions.
What you need:
- Completed master craftsman examination with trainer aptitude test in the field of home economics or comparable qualification
- Appreciative attitude towards young people with support needs
- Pedagogical skills, ability to work in a team and high social competence
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good IT skills
- Identification with the mission statement of Kolping-Bildungswerk

The aim of the centre is the professional and social integration of disadvantaged young people into society in order to enable them to participate in life. The facility is also a recognised youth welfare organisation in accordance with Section 75 SGB VIII. Our work focuses on individual support, active inclusion and accompanying young people on their path to an independent and self-determined life.
