The Hotel & Restaurant Hanse-Kogge Raffelt OHG is a family-run 4-star first-class hotel in the Baltic seaside resort of Koserow on the island of Usedom. Our extensive complex comprises 129 hotel rooms and flats in various categories - from single rooms, double and comfort rooms to family rooms and junior suites - plus 21 holiday flats and an exclusive penthouse. The seven guest houses are set in park-like grounds with numerous works of art and create a peaceful, inspiring atmosphere for guests and employees. Large parts of our complex fulfil the requirements of DIN 18024 and offer barrier-free access and rooms for guests with limited mobility.

Our hotel stands for family cohesion, mutual appreciation and reliability. Many of our employees have been part of the team for years, and many of our guests are regulars - a clear sign that quality, humanity and trust are at the centre of everything we do. Our restaurant is one of the established addresses in the region and regularly receives very good guest reviews. It stands for fresh, seasonal cuisine with a regional focus and attentive, friendly service. In addition to the daily à la carte service, we regularly organise culinary theme and music evenings, which are very popular with our guests. Christmas and New Year's Eve are also among the culinary highlights of the year with festive menus and events. We also cater for private celebrations and events such as birthdays, weddings or company parties - with an individually tailored menu or buffet, a suitable setting and personal service.

Our gastronomic offerings also include our bar with darts, billiards and a bowling alley, which is a popular addition for socialising.

Our spacious Bernstein spa area offers ideal opportunities for relaxation and regeneration. Here our guests can expect a swimming pool, various saunas, a cold chamber, cosmetic and wellness treatments as well as fitness and relaxation offers.

According to the criteria of the German Hotel Classification, our hotel was again classified as a 4-star hotel in 2025 and thus continues to fulfil a high standard of equipment and service.

Your tasks

- You will ensure the proper technical condition of our entire hotel complex with several guest houses.
- You will carry out maintenance, servicing and minor repair work in the buildings, rooms, technology and equipment.
- You will be responsible for the care and maintenance of the outdoor facilities, including green areas, paths, car parks and seasonal work.
- You will regularly check the building services, lighting, sanitary facilities, heating and ventilation systems.
- You are the contact person for technical issues from the reception, housekeeping, kitchen and spa departments.
- You coordinate and support external service providers and tradespeople.
- You provide support with conversions, renovations and seasonal preparations.
- You ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and fire protection regulations.
- If required, you provide support with transport, set-up and dismantling work in the event or guest area.

Your profile

- Completed craft or technical training or comparable practical work experience.
- Craftsmanship, technical understanding and enjoy versatile tasks - inside and outside.
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working.
- Reliability, resilience and ability to work in a team.
- Friendly, calm demeanour in dealing with colleagues and guests.
- Driving licence class B is desirable.
- Willingness to work weekends and on-call duties within a regulated framework.
