The COLLM KLINIK OSCHATZ is a joint venture between the district of North Saxony and Asklepios Kliniken GmbH & Co. KGaA and an academic teaching hospital of the University of Leipzig.

The hospital, which provides standard care and specialised care with 175 beds, has the following specialist departments: internal medicine with palliative medicine, general, visceral and vascular surgery, orthopaedics and trauma surgery with rheumatic orthopaedics, gynaecology with oncological aftercare. Plastic and reconstructive surgery. Anaesthesia & Intensive Care Medicine, as well as the Radiology Department with computer tomography and angiography. The clinic also has a short-term care facility and a medical care centre. The clinic has an emergency outpatient clinic and is heavily involved in the emergency medical services. For our **kitchen **we are looking for a committed and friendly kitchen assistant (m/f/d)

in full-time (40 hours/week), also part-time if possible.

What you bring with you:

- Experience from the hotel / catering / retail industry or similar activities, as well as several years of professional experience are desirable;
- Best manners;
- Very good communication skills and a high level of resilience in stressful situations,
- Strong customer orientation;
- Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shifts, weekends, public holidays);
- High level of commitment, flexibility and great reliability as well as a team-oriented way of working;
- Constructive cooperation with other professional groups, economic thinking and acting;

Your tasks include:

- Preparing and preparing food and portioning it;
- Cleaning vegetables;
- General kitchen activities;
- Cleaning work;
- Deployment in hospitality and catering;
- Ensuring product and service quality in the conference area, kitchen and cafeteria;
- Implementing food hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP.
