Under this motto, Oberland Werkstätten GmbH supports people with disabilities in their participation in working life. As a non-profit company, we have made it our mission to discover, develop and promote people's existing potential in a person-centred way. We currently employ around 800 people in the three regions of Tölz, Weilheim and Miesbach. There we offer a wide range of jobs in wood and metal processing, industrial assembly, logistics and kitchen/housekeeping as well as in company-integrated jobs at cooperating companies in the general labour market.

housekeeping specialist as group leader (m/f/d)

What are your tasks?
- Accompanying, guiding and training employees with disabilities in the context of their professional activities and vocational training
- Organising work processes in the serving kitchen, catering and cleaning, taking into account individual abilities, Interests and learning opportunities of the employees
- Responsibility for the smooth supply of a branch in Weilheim with break and lunch catering
- Implementation of the specifications of our quality management system and customer requirements
- Cooperation in the team
- Active participation in the information and communication culture, participation in further training and projects
What do you bring with you?
- A positive, respectful attitude towards people with disabilities and mental illnesses
- Completed vocational training in housekeeping or a related field (cook, kitchen specialist, restaurant specialist, etc.).)
- Professional experience in a serving kitchen or canteen and/or in the organisation of cleaning work
- Knowledge of the applicable hygiene regulations
- Knowledge of standard IT programmes (Microsoft Office), willingness to learn other IT applications
- Ideally experience in dealing with people with disabilities or in guiding people
