As an attendant at BeneVit, you will actively shape everyday life and make a significant contribution to the happiness and well-being of our residents. Our facilities are designed as loving and barrier-free homes, complete with a living room and fireplace, as well as a kitchen and dining room for each residential community. As part of a multi-professional team, you will be a key figure in the day-to-day lives of 12-14 residents in each shared flat, together with other care staff.

Your tasks as an attendant at BeneVit:
- Prepare meals together: Support our residents in preparing tasty and nutritious meals that not only nourish the body, but also bring joy.
- Provide support in everyday life: With empathy and a sense of responsibility, you will promote a lifestyle that is as self-determined as possible for our senior residents.
- Actively organise everyday life: Get involved creatively and make the daily routine of our residential communities varied and lively.
- Provide basic care and support: Increase the quality of life of our residents by supporting them with their daily care.
- Create a homely atmosphere: Ensure cleanliness and a cosy atmosphere in the common rooms and living areas.
- Laundry care: Carefully organise and maintain the laundry of our senior residents.

- Ideally experience in housekeeping or basic knowledge of nursing.
