Your tasks

- Cleaning and maintenance of residential and communal areas
- Laundry care: Washing, drying, ironing and sorting clothes and household linen
- Preparing simple meals or assisting with catering
- Calculating daily/weekly requirements for food, fresh produce and other consumables
- Complying with and documenting hygiene regulations
- Checking and replenishing consumables
- Ensuring the economical use of all equipment and aids and their proper handling
- Assisting with parties and events
- Helping with the induction of new colleg:in the housekeeping area
- Planning the serving of meals and the service process for the various catering units within the house
- If necessary Carrying out administrative tasks such as checking delivery notes and invoices, completing hygiene checklists
- Monitoring and implementing hygiene regulations for both food preparation and cleaning

What counts for us

- Basic knowledge of housekeeping, cleaning, hygiene and laundry care
- Knowledge of HACCP and infection control desirable
- Experience in handling cleaning and care products
- Ability to organise and prioritise work processes, To organise and prioritise work processes
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Independent and careful way of working
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with elderly or needy people
- Willingness to work weekends or shifts
- Integrity and reliability, in particular, no entry in the central register (police clearance certificate) or other exclusion in accordance with the Home Staff Ordinance
