Your tasks as an attendant at BeneVit:

-         Preparing meals together:

Assist our residents in preparing tasty and nutritious meals that not only nourish the body, but also bring joy.

-         Everyday companionship:

With empathy and a sense of responsibility, you will promote the most self-determined lifestyle possible for our senior residents.

-         Active everyday organisation:

Get involved creatively and make the daily routine of our residential communities varied and lively.
-        Basic care and support: Improve the quality of life of our residents by supporting them with their daily care.

-         Create a homely atmosphere:

Keep the communal rooms and living areas clean and create a cosy atmosphere.

-        Laundry care: Organise and take good care of our senior residents' laundry.

What you should bring:
-         Ideally experience in housekeeping or basic knowledge of care.
-         Motivation as a career changer: You do not need any specific training - we will provide you with intensive training and support from a dedicated team.

-         Personal strengths: Empathy, reliability and a sense of responsibility are your major assets.

Professional experience not absolutely necessary
Thanks to intensive induction training and guidance from colleagues in the multi-professional BeneVit teams consisting of nursing staff, care and attendance staff, you can also start as a career changer without any previous practical experience. You should be willing to familiarise yourself with the areas of housekeeping and care.
