The Landesverein für Innere Mission in Schleswig-Holstein is a diaconal complex organisation with around 4,000 employees and staff. In over 110 facilities, it provides important services for around 4,500 people of all ages with mental disorders, addictive behaviour and disabilities through professional support, treatment, counselling, care, nursing and protection.

The Ansgarstift in Neumünster offers a warm and supportive environment for inpatient care with 98 places as well as short-term care. In addition, 62 serviced flats are available at several locations in Neumünster.

Your task:

- Preparation of hot and cold meals including planning menus, taking into account special diets
- Ordering, receiving and professional storage of food as well as compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Organising and ensuring housekeeping processes throughout the home
- Coordinating and monitoring external service providers (cleaning and laundry)
- Resident-oriented service, Creating a pleasant living atmosphere and acting as a point of contact
- Collaborating with internal interfaces, documenting processes and reporting defects or incidents

We would like to see:

- Completed training as a housekeeper or comparable qualification or several years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of cleaning, laundry care and hygiene standards (e.g. Infection protection, HACCP)
- Friendly, respectful manner and enjoy working with older people
- Careful, reliable and independent way of working
- Physical resilience and willingness to work shifts
