Your tasks

- Responsibility for several cleaning properties
- Planning, organisation and creation of deployment and duty rosters
- Quality control and regular property inspections
- Management, instruction and supervision of employees
- Carrying out housekeeping activities as required
- Communication with customers, employees and internal administration
- Office work such as documentation, Planning, ordering materials
- Coordinating cleaning agents, equipment and materials
- Travelling between properties (company vehicle available)

Your profile

- Training in housekeeping or relevant professional experience
- Experience in property management / team leadership an advantage
- High level of reliability, Sense of responsibility and quality standards
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Friendly, confident manner
- Class B driving licence required
- Good written and spoken German
- Ability to lend a hand both in the office and practically in the property
- Flexibility and structured way of working
