Housekeeping Assistant Senior Citizens' Home (m/f/d)

We are at home in Meckenheim. Here you will work in a comfortable home where 84 residents live in full inpatient care and 8 guests in short-term care. In addition, 28 serviced flats are attached to the retirement home.

The Cellitinnen-Seniorenhaus St. Josef is part of the Seniorenhaus GmbH of the Cellitinnen zur hl. Maria with over 2500 employees who work at 24 locations in the Rhineland & Lower Rhine, Düren & Eifel, Bad Honnef & Trier regions

Your tasks

- You pay attention to kitchen hygiene
- You ensure variety on the plates and contribute to our senior citizens feeling completely comfortable and secure
- With your positive demeanour, you create a feel-good atmosphere in the rooms of our home
- You take care of the preparation and provision of food and drinks and contribute to our residents feeling completely comfortable and secure:feel completely comfortable and at ease
- You support the team in cleaning and maintaining our premises in compliance with our hygiene standards

Your profile

- You have initial experience in a commercial kitchen as well as experience in service for communal catering. You are also welcome to join us as a career changer
- You put a smile on the faces of our residents with your energy and commitment
- You are an open-minded person with understanding and empathy in dealing with our residents
- You radiate a competent and friendly approach to our residents, even in stressful situations
- You impress with your independent work, Initiative and reliability as well as strong communication skills
