We are looking for a Vegetable Grower (m/f/d) to join our team!

Your tasks:

- Cultivation, care and harvesting of various organic vegetables in the open field and, if necessary, in the greenhouse.
- Preparation of the soil as well as sowing and planting according to organic guidelines.
- Care of the crops through irrigation, fertilisation and weed control.
- Assistance with harvest planning and organisation.
- Support with the preparation and storage of produce.

Your profile:

- Experience in vegetable growing, agriculture or horticulture desirable.
- Interest in organic farming and sustainable work.
- Physical resilience and enjoyment of working outdoors.
- Independent, reliable and careful way of working.
- Ability to work in a team and commitment.
- Class B driving licence an advantage.
