The Verein zur Förderung der beruflichen Bildung Mittweida e.V. is looking to strengthen its team with an instructor (m/f/d) in home economics (Meister/in Hauswirtschaft)

We are looking for a committed and motivated instructor (m/f/d) for training in home economics for our vocational rehabilitation measures for young people and adults with immediate effect or at the earliest possible date. The aim of these measures is to integrate or reintegrate people with disabilities or young people with increased support needs into working and/or training life. This is achieved with the support of a multi-professional team of educational counsellors, trainers, social education workers, teachers and psychologists.

Their tasks include, among other things
-        You will train young rehabilitants in the field of
housekeeping
-        Planning, supervision and support of
vocational training and
preparation
according to the requirements of the programme. Vocational preparation
in accordance with the requirements of the responsible
chambers and institutions
-       Methodical planning, implementation and
evaluation of theoretical and practical
teaching
-        Teaching job-specific
key qualifications and social skills
-       You identify
technical obstacles, develop
coping strategies and support the
participants
-       Acquisition of internship and
training companies
-       Target-orientated exam preparation
-         Cooperation with a team of
social pedagogues and teachers
-        Documentation of training and
performance evaluation
-        Cooperation with internal and external bodies

Your profile:
-         Completed master craftsman training in the field of
housekeeping, preferably also a business administrator / technician,
-        Training authorisation (AEVO)
-         Experience in the instruction or training of
trainees. Training of
trainees desirable
-         Preferably experience in working with
people with disabilities or
disabilities
-        Independent, committed and
independent work, as well as strong
organisation, communication and
teamworking skills
-       comprehensive professional and social competence
-        Patience and empathy in dealing with
the target group
-       Conflict resolution skills
-        Creativity and initiative
-         Confident handling of all Office applications
-        Driving licence class B (desirable)
