The Dachstiftung Diakonie is looking for the Stephanstift Vocational Training Centre of Diakonische Betriebe Kästorf GmbH (D.B.K.) at the Hanover site at the earliest possible date for a

Horticultural trainer (d/m/w)

Working week: 38.5 hours per week
Pay grade: E 8 TV DN

Your tasks are:

- Vocational preparation and training close to the labour market
- Target group-oriented preparation, further development and implementation of training content for the labour market-oriented training as a worker in ornamental plant cultivation (d/m/w)
- Participation in the organisation of inter-company training courses
- Supervision of the trainees' company internships
- Working in a multi-professional team

You don't have to be able to do everything, but your profile should go in this direction:

- Master gardener examination, state technician examination in horticulture, diploma examination or bachelor/master's degree in horticulture
- Experience in production horticulture desirable
- Instructor aptitude certificate and additional special educational qualification desirable, otherwise willingness to undertake appropriate further training
- Ability to work in a team
- Professional experience in working with young people with mental disabilities is desirable
