No more heavy paving stones and garden remodelling - let's focus on garden maintenance activities such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming, bed care and much more! With us, you can concentrate fully on this.

Perspectively, we are also looking for a retirement successor.

These are your tasks:

- Coordinating the team for the day/week, putting the teams together, planning the work and work locations
- Responsibility for the completion of the activities and active cooperation
- **Motivation and support **of colleagues:colleagues with and without disabilities
- Conducting discussions and supporting colleagues in their work and in their personal development
- Operating the usual equipment for the professional execution of garden maintenance

Perspective: Succession of the current manager through retirement.
Accepting customer enquiries by telephone or email, preparing quotations and deciding on the enquiry, planning and coordinating the teams for the construction sites.

The tasks in garden maintenance include lawn mowing, hedge trimming, pruning, leaf removal, disposal of clippings and similar garden maintenance work

What you bring with you:

- Completed training, e.g. in gardening and landscaping.E.g. in gardening and landscaping (GaLaBau), as a gardener, landscape gardener or similar
- Professional experience in gardening and landscaping or in the field of **gardening **or similar. **Alternatively, enthusiasm for garden maintenance **and enjoyment of outdoor work.
- Independent work, active participation and balancing people and work completion
- Your strength lies in the organisation and guidance of colleagues - you are motivated and reliable in your day-to-day work.
- Friendly demeanour, ability to express yourself in writing and language
- Driving licence required, desirable BE or C1 or comparable
- Willingness to obtain an additional qualification; we offer in-service special educational training leading to a qualification as a specialist in work and vocational support (qFAB / SPZ).
