The International Federation in Frankfurt (Oder) provides training in various areas of vocational training, such as UB, §51, §60 and BVB. Our programmes are aimed at young people, mostly with special support needs. The aim here is to make them fit for the labour market and to integrate them into the training or labour market.

   For this purpose, we are looking for a trainer in the field of horticulture/vegetables

This is what you will find with us:

- Usual training times: Monday - Friday between 7:15 am and 4:00 pm
- Work in projects / measures
- Work full-time only 39 hours per week

Tasks:

- Professional guidance of the participants in the garden area
- Implementation of the training content according to the training plan
- Evaluation, digital documentation according to quality management

Profile:

- Master craftsman*in, technician*in, Fachwirt*in or a university degree in horticulture/vegetables with AEVO
- Rehabilitation pedagogical additional qualification ReZa 320 hours
- One year of professional experience with the target group
- German language skills at least C1
