We are looking for an experienced, reliable and skilled gardener (m/f/d) for a permanent position. The main activity takes place in a spacious garden complex near Koblenz.
In addition, the position includes organisational support for the garden and outdoor facilities of individual properties on Sylt and in St. Moritz (e.g. coordination of external service providers, quality controls, seasonal planning and independent activities on site).

Your tasks

- Regular green maintenance at the main location (i.d.N.v. Koblenz):
- Maintenance of perennial and shrub plantings
- Lawn care (mowing, fertilising, scarifying, irrigation control)
- Weed control & soil preparation
- Seasonal planting work (spring, summer and autumn planting)
- Shaping and pruning work:
- Professional pruning of hedges, topiary shrubs and bushes
- Maintenance pruning & rejuvenation pruning
- Maintenance of ornamental and fruit trees
- Overarching tasks (head office, Sylt, St. Moritz):
- Organisational care of the outdoor facilities at the holiday properties
- Coordination and control of external garden and landscape maintenance companies
- Seasonal planning, documentation and quality monitoring
- Ensuring a uniform standard of care and design
- Maintenance of the garden infrastructure:
- Checking and simple maintenance work on irrigation systems
- Professional use of garden machinery and tools
- Maintenance of paths, terraces and outdoor areas

Your profile

- Completed training as a gardener (e.g.. B. Gardening and landscaping, ornamental plant cultivation, tree nursery) or several years of sound practical experience
- Sound knowledge of plants and confident mastery of pruning and care methods
- High quality awareness and aesthetic understanding
- Structured, independent way of working and reliability
- Strong communication skills for coordination with external service providers
- Discretion and trustworthiness in private households
- Class B driving licence required; Willingness to travel for occasional assignments at the holiday properties
