- Training in the horticultural or commercial sector - preferably with further qualifications (e.g. technician Technician, master craftsman or degree in horticulture)
- Ideally experience in the green sector and solid commercial understanding
- Confident in using modern office software
- Enjoy direct customer contact as well as building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Independent, structured way of working, team spirit and desire to play an active role in shaping sales
