What you can expect

- Processing customer enquiries, Fault reports for home emergency call devices and coordination of appointments for the technical service
- Supporting the head of department and the team with the daily administrative work
- Implementing the quality management specifications within your own working environment

- Completed training in the commercial sector or lateral entry with experience in telephone customer service
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications and IT systems
- Friendly demeanour as well as interpersonal and team skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- Sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure

Your place of work

We are active in refugee aid and integration as well as in cold weather aid and operate four daycare centres, a family centre and the Johannisthal Johanniter Quarter. Our wide range of services includes a home emergency call, menu service, outpatient care, transport service and services in retirement homes. We also provide a mobility assistance service and support dying people and their relatives.
