The company K&K Pflanzen GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a gardener (m/f/d) for the green plant department in Rain am Lech as soon as possible.

K&K Pflanzen GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2000, is one of six companies in the Gärtnersiedlung in Rain am Lech and specialises in the production of green plants, perennials and bedding and balcony plants.

Your tasks:

- Co-organisation of work processes
- Observation of the development of plants
- Data collection and documentation on pests and diseases
- Crop management (including plant protection, fertilisation, irrigation)
- Plant care (including Support, backing) at the optimum time
- Picking plants

Your skills:

- Professional experience in the green sector
- Diligence and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team
- Initiative and reliability
- Willingness to work in high humidity and warm temperatures in the greenhouse (especially in summer)
