The company K&K Pflanzen GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a master gardener/technician or bachelor (m/f/d) to manage the green plant department in Rain am Lech as soon as possible.

K&K Pflanzen GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2000, is one of six companies in the Gärtnersiedlung in Rain am Lech and specialises in the production of green plants, perennials and bedding and balcony plants.

Your tasks:

- Guidance and management of employees
- Plant cultivation management (including Plant protection, fertilisation, irrigation)
- Organisation of work processes
- Plant care and cultivation work
- Preparation of ornamental plants
- Observation of plant samples

Your skills:

- Successful completion as a master gardener/technician or completed bachelor's degree in ornamental plant cultivation
- Extensive plant knowledge - preferably in ornamental plant cultivation
- Experience in personnel management desirable
- Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, initiative and reliability
