To strengthen our team we are looking for a professionally and personally convincing person from 01.08.2026: Housekeeper at the Freinet Kinderhaus (m/f/d) with 25+X h/week, Eduard-Bilz Str. 31, 01468 Moritzburg OT Friedewald.

Who we are:

KINDERLAND-Sachsen e.V. creates needs-based services to support children, young people and families throughout Saxony.

The Freinet Kinderhaus Friedewald looks after a total of 50 children from the age of 1 until they start school. The centre has 2 floors with an inviting dining area and rooms for the children to play and develop.

Your future area of responsibility:

- You will liaise with our food provider to organise lunch delivery;
- You will prepare the delivered meals for the children and clean the dishes afterwards;
- You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen;
- You will take on minor cleaning tasks such as dusting or cleaning surfaces;
- You will maintain close contact with our laundry to prepare and follow up on laundry;
- You will independently take on the washing of laundry to be left in the building.

Your profile:

- You have extensive organisational and housekeeping skills.
- You have an affinity for cleanliness and order as well as an eye for detail.
- Your independent way of working can always convince us.
- You are flexible in your willingness to work.
- You are familiar with dealing with children aged 1-6 years.
- You have a health pass (certificate from the health authority in accordance with the Infection Protection Act).

We offer you:

- Fixed-term employment for 1 year with the option of continued employment
- Payment according to TVöD VKA
- 29 days holiday and time off on 24 December and 31 December
- 2 days of maternity leave per year
