About us:

The Klinik Lüneburger Heide is a psychosomatic clinic with a supra-regional catchment area in German-speaking Europe. It has 80 beds and an intensive monitoring area with monitoring.

With our focus on eating disorders, we are one of the leading clinics in Germany with close scientific links to the German Society for Eating Disorders. Eating and thus nutritional therapy are an integral part of our therapy concept.

We also play a special role in the context of other clinics with our focus on ADHD with prevalence in adulthood.

Your tasks

- Supervision of meals, individual and group counselling of patients with eating disorders
- Creation of daily meal plans (calorie/micro/macronutrients, also using Nutriguide software, gut-healthy diet)
- Development of individual recipes, e.g. in refeeding. E.g. in the re-nutrition of patients with eating disorders, who follow a vegan diet, have coeliac disease or food intolerances/allergies
- Teaching units on nutrition management at the clinic (for anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder/obesity
- Further development of standards, therapy concepts, QM
- Counselling of patients with metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, chronic inflammatory bowel disease, etc.
Your profile

- Degree in oecotrophology or training as a dietician
- Commitment, team spirit, communication skills and assertiveness characterise you.
