in our Maximilian Clinic on a full-time or part-time (min. 30 h/week) permanent basis

What exactly do we do?

Our Maximilian Clinic in Scheidegg is a preventive care and rehabilitation centre for mothers or fathers and their children who want to improve their health during a three-week stay here. We are a member of the Parent & Child Clinics Working Group, which is the largest private provider of mother/father & child cures in Germany.

Our housekeeping and cleaning team consists of around 20 colleagues. We work hand in hand and with a lot of passion with all departments for the well-being and comfort of our patients.

What exactly do you do?

- Professional and organisational management of our housekeeping/cleaning team
- Responsibility for personnel development and planning
- Ensuring the specified cleaning and hygiene standards throughout the entire building
- Ensuring the applicable quality standards
- Contact person for patients and employees
- Receiving and checking laundry and goods as well as proper storage and distribution
- Collaboration with other specialist departments

What should you bring with you?

- Completed training in housekeeping or comparable training
- Knowledge of hygiene management
- Several years of professional experience
- Enthusiasm for working with your team and respectful interaction at eye level
- Sensitivity in dealing with patients, big and small
- Independent and service-oriented way of working
- Openness, Team spirit and enjoy tackling tasks with enthusiasm
- Confident handling of the usual MS Office programmes
