Your future area of responsibility as a roof greener (m/f/d)

- Bring roofs to life by transforming them into blooming oases with a wide variety of plant species.
- You will mainly work between the Rhine/Main area and Cologne. Some of the construction sites are nationwide.
- Be a hero of climate protection by letting urban biodiversity grow through your hands.
- Transform grey concrete surfaces into green paradises that invite people and animals to linger.
- Work high above the streets and make a contribution to a sustainable future with every blade of grass and shrub.

Your profile as a roof greener (m/f/d)

1. manual skills and technical understanding to use tools and machines safely and efficiently.
2. creativity and design skills for the planning and realisation of aesthetic and functional green roofs.
3. teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers and to lead projects to success together.
4. environmental awareness and a sense of responsibility for sustainable work and the respectful use of resources and plants.
5. Flexibility and problem-solving skills to be able to react appropriately to changing weather conditions and unforeseen challenges on the construction sites.
6. Driving licence class B/BE required.

With each week, you will become more familiar with the construction sites and solve the tasks more and more independently.

At the end of each day, you will ask yourself: Are you off work yet?
