With our family business, we offer a professional partner for the realisation of outdoor facilities in the residential construction sector, both for public and commercial projects.

We are looking for you as a foreman (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WITH US

- You will design outdoor facilities in the public and commercial sector
- You will work in a team of 3-5 skilled workers and you will have skilled workers, a permanent machine operator, a variety of machines and subcontractors at your disposal to implement architectural plans
- Your tasks will include the creation of squares, paths, vegetation areas and structures as site manager
- You will enjoy working with young colleagues, who are motivated and also enjoy doing things together outside of work
- You support the trainees in their professional development

WHICH MAKES YOU DIFFERENT

- You have completed training in horticulture and landscaping or structural/civil engineering
- You have extensive expertise in the areas of path construction, Construction technology and plant knowledge
- You are motivated to build larger projects in a team with the help of modern machine technology
- You have experience in dealing with site managers and managing employees, good knowledge of material and machine deployment and coordinating subcontractors
- You have a class BE or class 3 driving licence (class B driving licence required)
- Knowledge of written and spoken German
