Our aim is to make everyday life easier for people with a care degree and their relatives and to give them quality of life. We support people at our locations in Heilbronn and Böblingen.

Your tasks

As an everyday carer, you will support our clients in their familiar environment. Your activities will include:

- Individual care and support in everyday life (e.g. having conversations, reading aloud, going for walks, playing games, accompanying clients to appointments)
- Household support (e.g. shopping, preparing simple meals) Shopping, preparing simple meals, laundry, cleaning)
- Promoting social contacts and activation according to the needs of the clients
- Relieving the burden on relatives through reliable presence and assistance
- Documenting assignments and close coordination with the team

Your profile

- Enjoying working with people as well as empathy and patience
- Sense of responsibility, Reliability and a positive charisma
- Willingness to engage with individual life stories and needs
- Ideally qualified as an everyday carer (§ 43b, § 53c or § 45a/b SGB XI) or the willingness to acquire these
- Driving licence class B and good knowledge of German required
