The Landesverein für Innere Mission in Schleswig-Holstein is a diaconal complex organisation with around 4,000 employees. In over 110 facilities, it provides important services for around 4,500 people of all ages with mental disorders, addictive behaviour and disabilities through professional support, treatment, counselling, care, nursing and protection.

For the Living and Support division at the Thetmarshof and Falkenhorst sites in Rickling, we are looking for you with immediate effect as

Our services are aimed at adults with mental or psychosocial impairments, addictions and mental and multiple disabilities. Both locations are situated in park-like grounds and offer a protected place to live thanks to their structured environment - characterised by peace, security and specialist psychiatric care.

Together with our residents, we create a living environment that provides security, care, recognition and space for self-realisation.

Your task:

- Support, assistance and organisation in the processes of care and self-care for residents
- Developing everyday skills
- Carrying out housekeeping tasks in the living area

We would like to see:

- Knowledge of housekeeping
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Positive and appreciative attitude towards mentally ill people
- Basic knowledge of using a PC
