If you are a passionate landscape gardener, then we are looking for you as a site manager or foreman (m/f/d) for our diverse tasks on exciting construction sites in and around Hamburg. Join our homogeneous landscaping team of around 30 people!

Your area of responsibility

This position requires good specialist knowledge and your own initiative on the construction site. You will carry out all landscaping work neatly or provide constructive guidance to the construction site team. You are a friendly contact person for our customers on site.

- Paving work
- Earthworks/civil engineering
- Edging/staircase construction
- Technical thinking
- Masonry work
- Laying turf
- Pond construction
- General vegetation work
- Organisation and handling on the construction site
- Advising and supporting our customers

Our wishes & requirements

We are looking for you with your open-minded way of communicating for this management role. For this position, we are looking for a professionally qualified, confident and friendly person who has the following characteristics:

- Completed vocational training as a gardener in gardening and landscaping
- Professional experience (min. 3 years)
- Driving licence class B and BE
- Good perimeter skills and knowledge of German
- Confident in dealing with customers
- Careful handling of vehicles, machines, equipment
- Expansion and further development of existing customer relationships
- Independent and conscientious way of working
- In short: You have a passion for your job as a gardener and are happy to bring this to the construction site.
